Christmas in a Tin – A Handmade Christmas Organiser

Do you love Christmas and have you begun to think about what you need to do to make your Christmas extra special? I designed a pretty tin to help me organise my favourite time of year, all in one place and I wanted to share it with you.

I have designed a Christmas Organiser in a Tin, filled with pretty little pockets, notebooks, tags and places to keep all those Christmas lists and bits of information that seem to multiply as December gets closer.

It’s a great way to keep your Christmas essentials in one place. Keep a track of the cards you send, keep the receipts and make a list of all those lucky people you have to buy for along with ideas and budgets. There is room for some cards and tags too!

I don’t know about you, but every year I have lists everywhere – presents to buy, cards to send, things to remember, food to organise – and inevitably I write something down somewhere and then can’t remember where I put it!

So I thought, why not make something practical that is also really lovely to use?

One of my favourite things about this project is that once Christmas is over, everything can be tucked safely back inside the tin and stored away till next year.

I am considering putting together a Christmas Organiser Kit, complete with the supplies needed to create your own organiser, along with full instructions showing you how to put everything together.

Before I start cutting, preparing and packing lots of kits, I would love to know whether this is something you would be interested in making.

I think this would make such a lovely project to work on as we head towards Christmas – either to keep for yourself or to make as a very special handmade gift.
