Diorama Christmas Card Idea

November 25, 2025 By Michelle Last

I love making Diorama Christmas cards, they are so so simple to create but such a WOW when you display them and you can add layers and detail to really make them come alive!

I really enjoyed making these cards for my customers but my die cutting arm didn’t thank me once I had die cut all these pieces! Luckily my customers are worth the effort. I love the muted tone of Cloud Cover and Basic Gray together for the snowflakes but added a pop of colour using the Pretty Peacock and some Silver Embossing. The colour palette for this card was inspired by Yvonne Spikmans.

The die cut pine cones and leaves/fronds add a festive touch to the front of the card as well as a pop of colour. This style diorama card folds flat for posting too so there are no additional postage costs!

If you’d like to see more ideas for Diorama Cards, check out these ideas HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE (I told you I loved them!).

I have shared the supplies I used to make these Diorama Christmas cards below. Click any item to view it in my online shop. And I’d love you to place an order with me and receive your own thank you card in the post along with instructions. Wishing you a great day!

Interactive Mini Album I've been busy behind the Interactive Mini Album

I've been busy behind the scenes creating a special mini album for my team retreat this weekend. I can't wait to spend time with my wonderful team—being creative together, sharing lots of laughs and making this beautiful keepsake. If you've followed me for a while, you'll know I have a real love for mini albums. They're one of my favourite ways to preserve memories because they tell a story that's far bigger than a single scrapbook page....
