I have been crafting up a storm with the Yuletide Village stamp set. It is my absolute favourite and such a versatile set. For todays project, I made a Diorama Card for Christmas.
Aren’t the houses from the Yuletide Village set the sweetest? I so enjoyed making this card and coloured the houses using Stampin’ Blends subtly to make them have depth and dimension but to be muted and gentle. This card was a Labour of love as each house/church was stamped, coloured and fussy cut individually.
Here is a side view to show the three layers of the card which all have houses to create a layered perspective. The beautiful thing about this card design is that it lays flat for posting and stands up for displaying. I designed this card for two recent team events I held. I held one event in the UK and one in the Netherlands and in total I stamped with 120 people! They all had 6 beautiful projects to make with full instructions in their language. I won’t be able to share the instructions with you I’m afraid as I only share the instructions with my direct team and those attending my events.
You can write your greeting on the reverse as shown above. I love the embossing folder adds a beautiful snowy scene to the from of the card and the greeting is just perfect and is from the Peaceful Season and has a greeting which says ‘From my home to yours’ AND ‘From our home to yours’ and is perfect for everyone!
