I created this double fold card using the Grassy Grove bundle from Stampin Up.

The large die from the Grove Dies is wider than the card panel so I positioned my clear plates so that they ended at the crease on the card to create a partial die cut. When I cut the other panel with the same die, I shifted the die over so that when the card is closed the tree trunks were staggered.

You can see the right hand panel (above) and that I have added the smallest die cut deer (cut out in soft suede cardstock and coloured the same as my Grassy Grove Slider Card which you can see in detail HERE)
I coloured the panel shown above in darker hues to give the impression of depth and shadow. All of the areas are coloured with a blending brush.
To create a sky back drop I coloured the inside panel using Balmy Blue ink and a blending brush but I wanted to add a greeting so I masked off a panel below the die cut line which leaves a crisp line when removed.

This card was quite a labour of love but I am so happy with the effect and the Grove Dies definitely take centre stage on this project.
All the items I used to create this card are shared below. With the exception of the Grove Dies and Blending Brushes you can use any colour ink you have or any greeting stamps. Love the card. What measurements are the card? 8-1/2″ by ?
Thank you.
It is a normal card size for the UK 10.5 – 15cm. I attached to basic card sizes together and then added another middle layer to ink up
