OnStage, Global 100 and Stampin’ Up! Recognition

On Saturday last week Stampin’ Up! held its 6 monthly event called OnStage and at this event we shared, celebrated, created and enjoyed every minute.  It is our chance to celebrate the achievements of the last Stampin’ Up! year and the recognition for the Top 5 in Sales, Recruiting & Leadership as well as the Top 10 in each Country and the Global 100 demonstrators across the globe.  What a celebration it was, so many of my team across Europe were recognised for all their hard work and the amazing year they had!  I am so proud I could burst!

I ranked in the UK at
#2 for Sales
#3 for Recruiting
#2 for Leadership

I was pipped to the number #1 spot in each category by my own team member Sam Hammond.  What an amazing year Sam had, I couldn’t be more proud of her and I am so happy I was able to be there to celebrate her success.  I was also beaten in recruiting by another teamie Sarah Berry!  So proud of you Sarah 🙂

We are then ranked in the whole of the UK overall and I ranked at
#2 Overall in the UK

Do you know what this all means?  It simply means that I have wonderful supportive and loyal customers who continue to support me and I am so thankful for all of you!

It also means I am so fortunate to have a large team across Europe who not only are kind, friendly and supportive but also pretty darn amazing!  I have been a demo for 10 years and have built up a team of over 600+ demonstrators.  Without them none the recruiting and leadership recognition or the Global 100 would be possible.  I work hard for my team but its their hard work which means I am recognised for these awards and I am truly grateful!  I adore my Pinkies team, they are awesome, wonderful friends, fun, supportive and I appreciate each and every one of them!

I had SO many team members also being recognised in my levels 1-3, who knew that buying the starter kit could lead to this wonderful and amazing chance to build a business, make amazing friends, learn and grow whilst making a living and working with amazing products??

I was also ranked as #8 in the WORLD!  Stampin’ Up! rank all 48,000+ demo’s across the world and recognise the top 250 demonstrators across the globe!  I am delighted and over the moon to be #8!  I am also so happy that there were lots of European demos in the Global 250 rankings along with some Pinkies too (shown below).

Here is a list of my team across Europe in my levels 1-3 who were recognised in the annual awards. Such a proud moment to see some of the walk the stage, for those who were celebrating in other locations please know that we cheered loudly for you.

Pinkies Team Top 5 in Sales, Recruiting and Leadership

Pinkies Team Top 10 Overall in each Country

And finally the Pinkies in the Global 250

(Simply incredible ladies, I am so proud of you all!)

One of my extended team Sarah Lancaster was also chosen to be part of the Artisan Design Team which incredible!  Such a honour to be chosen to create beautiful things to inspire us all!

I had the most amazing day and we also celebrated the night before too with a team event and a Silver Elite title event.  More about what we got up to at the team event on tomorrow blog post.

At this event we were celebrating 10 years of Stampin’ Up in Europe and it is also our 30th year Anniversary as a company.  Lots of celebrating to come and so many happy memories to be part of.

Right will be back with more over the weekend, well done everyone who achieved a promotion, award or recognition this year.  So proud to be part of a company who celebrates their demonstrators.

Have a great day!
