I have a pretty garden themed card made using the Grown with Love stamp set from Stampin Up to share with you today for a colour challenge for the Global Design Project.
I fell in love with the cute stamps with the greeting incorporated into the design.
How I made this card
I cut a strip of very vanilla cardstock 2″ wide and punched the tag topper punch to create a tag.
I coloured the plant pot in Crumb Cake ink, the leaves in Wild Wasabi and the flowers in Berry Burst using the Stampin Write markers. I added versa mark ink to the greeting and heat embossed it in silver embossing powder.
I stamped the flowers again in Berry Burst Ink and hand cut around them and raised them up with the teeny tiny dimensionals.
I drew a pencil line around the tag and then stamped the flowers and leaves from the other stamps in this set in crumbed cake to create a stamped background.
I added some Berry Burst splatters using the Timeless Textures stamp and then sponged with crumb cake ink to add some contrast.
Finally some Glitter enamel dots added a little glitter and sparkle and the Finely Woven Ribbon added some texture.
