All this week I am going to be blogging about
buying the Stampin Up Starter Kit and becoming a demonstrator
I want to talk today about the opportunities when you join Stampin’ Up! your journey with Stampin Up is up to you, you can choose to buy the starter kit and enjoy the discounts and offer along with the friendship or you can hold classes, events and build your own team. There is no pressure from me or the company to do more than you wish but there is lots of scope to learn and earn whilst being a demonstrator.
Most people join for the discounts but you soon realise its hard not to share your love of Stampin Up with others and there are benefits to doing that as I have discovered!
I have been demo since Stampin Up launched in the UK back in 2007 and in November this year it will be my 10 year anniversary. In that time I have turned my craft hobby into my full time job. I share my love of Stampin Up with my wonderful customers and have consistently been in the top 5 for sales, recruiting in leadership.
I am the highest title in the compensation plan which is Platinum Elite which means I get to have my photo in the Stampin Up head office along with earning the highest reward percentages in the compensation plan.
Some of my proudest moments have been seeing my team be recognised. I am so happy to be able to enjoy the Incentive Trip with 6 of my direct team and also members of my 2nd and 3rd levels too!
I love to recognise and reward their achievements and some of my best memories have been made at Stampin Up events and trips.
They receive a bracelet when they promote to Bronze Elite along with two beads and at each promotion they receive a bead to add to their bracelet. I have just given out my first Platinum Bead to a team member, very proud momma moment!
And here we are together, babies and all, everyone welcome 😉 (there is a photo below in the ice bar on the recent incentive trip and those two beautiful ladies are not in my team, although I wish they were! They are simply great friends).
