Good Morning all, first things first – I need to announce the winner of the Cottage Wall paper pack that I offered for anyone subscribing to my blog during the Cottage Garden Week. I also want to tell you about the retreat I am planning in April.
Booking closes on March 11th so you only have 3 weeks left, so don't delay as classes are booked on a first come first served basis.
We have a wonderful line up of classes and projects with some surprises thrown in too and would hate you to miss out.
We have designed an exclusive retreat with limited places in Chartridge near Chesham in Buckinghamshire and would love you to join us. You will enjoy a great value weekend, creativity, inspiration, relaxation and lots of fun too!

The price includes all your food, accommodation, goody bag, treats and prizes, your own table in the crop room for the whole weekend (no need to move your things in between classes or overnight), unlimited tea, coffee and refreshments and also some great classes if you fancy a bit of creative inspiration.
There are four classes at £20 per class a Friday night project which is £5 but if you book all four classes for £80 and are attending for the whole weekend you will receive the Friday Night Project absolutely FREE!
Both Marguerite and I will be taking all our stamps and punches for use over the whole weekend and there will also be a FREE make and take to complete over the weekend showcasing some new products/tecniques as well as lots of samples and ideas to ignite your creativity.

You will receive a very warm welcome at this conference venue situated in 20 acres of parkland.
Limitless fair-trade tea & coffee with homemade morning cookies and afternoon cakes with mineral waters and cordials. It has spacious conference rooms with natural light for classes and cropping.
All bedrooms rooms are single occupancy, en-suite with tea & coffee making facilities, tv and most rooms have free wi-fi.
The Classes
Here are details of the classes which are available on a first come first served basis and booking for the retreat and the classes closes on 11th March. All classes include at least £15 worth of product.

Elegant Soiree Shutter Album Cost £20 A beautiful fold out album approx finished size as shown in photo 6×8”, which is perfect to add photos to for a very special occasion or a very special someone; Although I will find it hard to part with mine. You will be shown a great technique to make your own flowers to adorn the album

Stamping & Scrapbooking Layout Cost £20 You will be shown how to create a beautiful layout using a simply scrappin kit, chipboard and stamping too. You will learn so cool techniques that you will be able to incorporate in future layouts and be shown loads of layouts and ideas to put the rest of your simply scrappin kit to use. |

Cupcake Trinket Box Cost £20 This one is hard to describe and hard to show in a photo how lovely it is. Anyone who has seen the real thing has jumped at the chance of making one in the class. The finished cupcake is approx 4” high and flips open to store your jewellery or trinkets in. You will be able to make this cupcake in pink or purple colour way. It looks good enough to eat and has a glass base covered in paper to make it super sturdy.

Newsprint/Love Letter Journal Cost £20 Using one of the Art journals you will create your very own journal and decorate to your taste with the copious amount of supplies included in your kit. You will be shown some great techniques to personalise and distress your journal and we can’t wait to see how different they all look……

Friday Night Project Cost £5 There will be a cute Envelope album to make using the Sweet & Sour patterned papers but if you book all of the above four classes and you are attending for the whole weekend you will get this class for free! |

You will need to bring along additional items to participate in the class such as a paper trimmer/scorer and your own glue. If specialist glue is needed to complete your project this will be included in the class kit.
Booking closes for the retreat on March 11th and this is also the last date to book your classes. You will not be able to join the classes at the event if you have not booked and paid by March 11th.
