I spent last Friday and Saturday at a Stampin’ Up! regional event for demonstrators only. It was a blast. We get to see lots of new products, spend time with our fellow team members and also demos from across the land, as well as have a great laugh and get a chance to win a prize or two!
It really is all about the people. It is the most marvelous thing to be in a room full of other stamp, paper and ink enthusiasts sharing their excitement. I met some new friends and said a huge hello to some old friends. The presentations were fantastic, I always learn lots and have a laugh along the way too (thanks to Pete & Paul, yes we have some men there too!). And Chris the catalogue was a highlight too!

Our lovely Chris from Demo Support in Germany who bends over backwards to help me to help you was there and he was wearing a copy of the new catlaogue and a cape, hilarious!
On Friday I arranged for some of my leaders of my own team to get together. We had afternoon tea and a natter. It is so nice to catch up with these ladies as they are all busy with their own thriving teams and businesses that we don’t often get a chance to catch up. We had dinner together in the evening too at a lovely pub in Walcot (close by to Telford) where they served the most amazing steaks on hot stones!
Then on Saturday it was the grand event with over 350 demos from across the UK.
So much inspiration and so many lovely people. You may be able to see some new products in there if you look closely!
My energy levels were depleted but my brain was buzzing with ideas and my love of Stampin’ Up! and the new catalogue are overflowing. Who wouldn’t want to be part of that?
