I know, I know, it's Wednesday!! And I am doing Tuesday's tip a day late but I have a good reason :0) I made a new baby card and gift for one of my lovely Stampin ' Up! demos in my group and I wanted her to receive it before she saw it on my blog. I posted it first class on Monday so I am hoping that it will arrive today and not ruin the surprise!
This is what I made –
(I will post a photo of the gift and the tip today and then add more photos of the project in tomorrow's post so make sure you come back to see all of it…)
And today's tip is very subtle but is so quick and easy I bet you will give it try before the day is out!!
Can you see the pink glimmer heart I used in the tag on the bunny? Are you wondering where it is in the catalogue?
I can show you how to make your own with the silver glimmer paper. This tip was shown to us at the Stampin' Up! convention last year by Pam Morgan and it is these little tips that I love and make a big difference to my crafting!
It is so easy, all you do it colour in a small section of the glimmer paper with your chosen colour stampin write marker.
The markers have dye based ink in them which are fast drying and then all you do is punch you desired shape. So easy and also such an economical way of using a tiny piece of glimmer paper!
and here is a pink heart I created using the large heart punch and the pretty in pink marker for a little valentine project for Amy…
Don't forget that the glimmer paper is free with £150 order to celebrate Stampin' Up's 25th year…
Come back tomorrow to see the inside of my Baby Gift….

Great idea, thanks for sharing!
Oh! Love it!! Had seen colouring it with thinkers which looked messy and I don’t own colours I would like, but I have all the markers! Yay!… TFS x
Grr auto correct! Markers not thinkers!
Aaaw what a gorgeous gift – what a lucky girlie baby Grace is 🙂
Fab tip!
